DESCRIPTION
The Designer we are looking for is a key figure within the agency in the development of innovative and strategic ideas. He/she must able to translate client needs and briefs into targeted, original and effective creative ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage original, convincing and relevant communication projects, campaigns, content and brand experiences
- Managing day-to-day project and production activities ensuring project workflow
- Follow up and interact with clients on a daily basis
- Manage at the front line the relationship with the client by translating their needs into innovative and effective creative language
- Be able to supervise, manage and evaluate cross-functional and multimedia creative projects
- Develop accurate, well-defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations
- Copywriting skills for communication campaigns and presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Combination of strategic, design and creative skills
- Proactive approach and development of new solutions
- Transversal creative knowledge (photography, product design, strategy, architecture, interior design, graphics, etc.)
- Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms
- Expert in the use of the Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Multitasking ability
- Problem-solving, creativity and proactive approach are preferred personal requirements
